My Job

Well the night goes on and I am doing my thing working at the Scera Theater. Not much that I do but it is a job that pays and one that hired me one the day that I got home or fairly close to that day.

What I do...the first thing that I do is I get everything ready for when the volunteers show up and well they get to do what it is that I ask them to and that could be anything from cleaning the theater to taking out the trash and well checking the bathrooms is also in there and I just go around and check to see that everything is done the way that it needs to be and that the volunteers are doing what it is that they need to be doing. I also go and thread the projector and check it so that it is working right and all of that, I am still getting that one down, I still forget something the first time I get up there but I eventually figure out what it is that I forgot to do.

And well this only has one down side I am right now sitting alone in the office the movie is running and I just have to sit here till it is over at 11:10 ish, just in case something happens to the movie and well there is also a few people there in the movie so I have to stay till they are all gone and then I go through the whole place and check that all of the lights are off and all of the doors are locked and that no one can get in. I think that is the only part that I hate doing because it is so dark in this place when you go through for the final check that you don't really know if someone is hiding there around the corner or something, there never is but then again you never know what could happen.

But through it all I really love this place and I think that even if I did get a different job I would keep this one as a part time one that I could get the free tickets and everything from, and I think that the dark nights will get better and not as freaky when going through all the rooms.

Back to school

Lately I have had a lot of people ask me about school so I am going to tell everyone what it is that I am going to be doing…before I left I took one term at BYU and deferred for my mission so that I could go back when I came home. Well that is what I am going to do; I am enrolled for the winter 2009 semester as a part time student.

As for what I want to go into. I really do not know right now I think that I want to go into something with computers, because, as most of you know, I love working on the computer. I have also thought about going into some type of art major, just there, there are too many naked bodies so I don’t think that it is for me. Graphic arts is another option that I have thought about and with that I am going to have to look a little more into it to see if that is really something that I would want to go into. So as you can tell I am really confused on what I should go and do

Well as for this coming semester I have four classes that I’m going to be attending; my first is going to start on Monday the 5th at 1:00 and it will be REL A 122 The Book of Mormon, with Professor Bartholomew. My next class will be REL C 431 Doctrines of the Gospel, with Professor Ostler. I will have these two classes on Monday and Wednesday, and so I will have my two religion classes together on the same day. My other two classes will be on Tuesday and Thursday starting at 2:00 I will have IT 101 with Professor Swan, and then after that I will then go to HUM 101 Introduction to the Humanities with Professor Lauri Haddock. Well as you can see it is not too full but really what I could afford for now.
